I think we have to assume that the last over won't be bowled here, or at least, will be of little consequence. Hopefully it's not Bracken sent out to bowl that one, but at least they're in a position where all the bowlers left seem like decent options.
Taylor's six off Tait was awesome. This is why I love the introduction of the batting powerplay, completely changes the momentum of a game. New Zealand have made this far more difficult than it should have been, but a win in Australia is impressive none the less. Australia are rubbish, they cheat and still can't win......
Lol who says powerplays are risky, NZ still haven't lost a wicket and these two are going great guns. Aussies really have no excuse we have been 5 down with the powerplay but instead of doing what NZ do we lose wickets at a rate of knots.
Mills gone, shouldn't be a real problem for New Zealand, he's done his job, New Zealand are all but home now, especially with Vettori and Southee to come.
YES! Go Pup, What a CATCH! Still hope for the Aussies, c'mon we can win this. Another wicket or so along with no wides or no balls would be a mega treat!
OH! IS IT OUT! 3RD UMPIRE. C'mon a run out, please third umpire.
Ah! To many fumbles, c'mon aussies, vettori on strike. Tait MUST not bowl any no balls or wides, he needs to keep it tight in order for australia to win this match.
Shaun Tait is bowling with some serious pace, 153k's one of the deliveries in this over, beat Vettori with ease. Love watching a properly quick bowler!
5 off 6 balls, this is going to be a great end. Australia need Luke Wright to bowl
5 runs to win for the final over. Wickets, dotballs, sixes, fours, no balls, wides, singles. 11 from each team dreads at least one set of those figures.
