New Zealand in England

40 minutes in to the final day and another 3 wickets gone! Looks like another fantastic victory for England now. Although questions must be asked about the tactics of NZ - Cairns was just swinging!! They seem to have given up!

To be honest, I think they had no other option. It was very hard to play out a draw on that kind of a pitch, and no point hanging around and not scoring runs. So I think they decided to get as many runs as possible, and then maybe rip through the England batting attack.

But England are now a great side, and they have a winning spirit and a winning mentality. Led by Michael Vaughan, this England side is only going one way, thats up to pull down the aussies. I know its a bit to early to predict anything, but you have to give credit to England for their consistency since May 2003. Not many teams have been able to match that.

England have every reason to celebrate!!!

Trescothick!!
Strauss!!
Harmison!!
Hoggard!!
Jones!!
Flintoff!!

Toss just been done and NZ won and batting. England have gone in unchanged meaning Saggers keeps his place ahead of Anderson. I am not sure that that is the right decision. This was the perfect opportunity for Anderson to get back into the team.
