Colin pretty much dissected the writeup to the last membrane. You did nothing of substance other than just nodding with him

I would like to add something more.

He was here motivated by vengeance, looking to end his target's life.

BOOM!!! And a miss.... by quite some margin too!

"Aaaaarghh, knew this was always on the cards!", he imploded to himself as he returned back to his room disappointed.

this could mean that not only vigilante missed the target, he was targeting the wrong person. Missed by a long margin could suggest that he was aiming for a townie. Fortunately he was unsuccessful.

The time had come for him to do what he did best - recruiting members. Just when he got set for his mission and exited his room, came a lusty blow from his back, almost rendering him unconsicous. Out came the man from his hiding, watching his target struggling with atmost pleasure. "Nothing better like killing you first!" were the words he spoke, before putting a bullet through the struggling man's brain.
