well you got 12 hours to make your pick. If you think that you might miss your pick you send a list of 3-4 desired players to metallics and he will pick the 1st player on your list (the one you want the most) for you. at least that's the way I understood it and the way we used to do it in sim leagues.
the reason for sending a list of 3-4 players because someone might pick a player or 2 that you want.

No, no, I have understood this part. But the thing is, suppose I fail to log into PC for, say 2 or 3 days, because of...well, because of say modem problems, or completely unexpected problems which cannot be predicted from an earlier time, then what will happen? How will I choose my player then?
And another Q, can we pick women players as well?

O, well I am of the belief that the guy running the show, in this case metallics should pick the best player available for you, or the one you need the most. If you are missing a pace bowler or something than he should choose the best available one for you.

And another Q, can we pick women players as well?

I doubt that.

Just an idea. Having the players that you select as a part of your signature means that you dont have to search the thread everytime to find your half-finished team when the game progresses.
