i don't think it's easy to go over the top unless the opponent is a very poor bowler. 9/10 times you will be bowled or caught. i dunno how to play with these weird custom field settings, so i avoid these players.

Well each to there own i suppose i for one find it easier having everyone close as i then know i can only slog to score so it makes me concentrate on my timing more than if its a defensive field,
To be honest i have only encountered a hand full of players who play the way you describe and in them games i found if i slogged them about for a bit they either quit or changed back to a common field setting.

You are probably from Pakistan with massive lag and dial up connection. It is only a game, you win some and you lose some. There are a lot of good players out there and you are bound to lose one.
