Let's not pretend that English fans haven't booed umpires in the past.

I'm not pretending, because we don't do it.

And booing the winning captain is just pathetic.

Oh yeah, It is the Pakistani fans. How come there is more Pakistani fans than English fans?

There isn't, they are just making more noise and they have those damn annoying horns.

Younis Khan gets man of the match which he deserves, but i'm surprised that an England player didn't get it.

You're the most biased person I have ever seen on this board. English fans always Boo umpires when a decision goes against them. Especially if the players go off for bad light, when England are in a good position.

How the hell can you call me biased? I have just spent the last 2 hours defendning Pakistan's chances of winning and criticising England!

England fans boo ironically at the players who walk off, not the umpires.

Yes but considering the fact it was a batsman's pitch I thought that Monty might have been given it.

And considering the fact that he was on the winning team. I'm surprised that it didn't go to Monty; MOM's normally belong to the winning side, but Khan did fully deserve it.

I think Monty deserved man of the match. On a batsman's pitch, and a pace-bowlers pitch, you expect a top performance from a spin bowler to get it.

No one is saying they haven't

Stop trolling Evertonfan.

Leeds and Yorkshire have a quite a high percentage of Pakistanis and ethnic minorities.

I'm sorry if i'm trolling; I didn't mean it. I'm just defending myself.

Anyway, let's look ahead to The Oval; Mohammed Asif is almost certain to play, and most people on this board seem to think that a half-fit Akhtar will play too. I think that England should rest a few players, but not go overboard with it. I agree with Botham that Hoggard should be rested, and maybe Stuart Broad can be given a go. I'd prefer Chapple to play though.

Unless he's changed his name to 'No one' then you appear to be wrong.

Ok fair enough didn't see that.

Evertonfan I was saying that to MUFC about you, not about you :D

Work in Progress.

Would you drop it please? I grow tired of arguing with you.

I've just read that this is the first time in 24 years that England have beaten Pakistan at home. Isn't it nice to be a part of history?

Sorry pal. I'm not even sure what a Troll is anyway.

A little bit off-topic but i'm now completley convinced that Read is England's keeper.

Okay, you've proved me wrong! Would you just drop it and stop being childish please?

That had nothing to do with you, so I fail to see your point. Stop trying to impress people by calling me childish as well.

I do accept apologies though.

Fair enough; You have my heart-warmed apology. Now can we get back to cricketing matters please?

How long will it be before Monty is in the top 10? His three wickets today were all top order batsman, which makes his figures even more impressive.

Sure. :)

I suggest we drop everybody apart from Trescothick, Read and Mahmood, just to see what our backup players are like with the Ashes squad in mind.
