I saw the highlights on five and it was mainly down to good bowling, especially from Yardy, Darlymple and Lewis. Really struggled to make runs in the mid part of the innings.

Anyway, for those who watched the match, how did Pakistan lose their wickets. Good bowling or bad batting?

Bad batting coupled with good England bowling. Lewis is always a threat when the conditions assist swing. And had it not been for Razzaq's innings towards the end, England would have won this game in less than 30 overs.

Well done England!!! Good to see them win one ;)

Still some work to be done.

Glad to see us win :D

Didn't see the back end of Englands batting but Bell looked dodgy early on, he must of regrouped and went to town :D

Bell played some classed shots near the end and KP finished it off in his style. Good perfomance by everyone with bat and ball for once, only Razzaq was really allowed to get going.

I got up from my sleep midway through the match, and then went back to sleep. :p

Good game for England. It should give them a lot of confidence for the next game. If the first match hadn't been rained out, we would've won the series by now. :(

Anyway, I was right about Yardy. He really did prove to be a better choice than all the other newbies. And Razzaq seems to be back to his explosive self, which is very good to see. We yet again saw a change in the opening partnership in Pakistan, which is getting to be a joke to be honest. Leave Malik as an opener. Hafeez has been pretty decent.

Good bowling, Yardy (Sussex to Sussex fan :D) decieved Yousuf with a 79MPH quicker ball. He was also spinning it with his 58-60MPH balls. :hpraise

All we got to do is get Fletcher to drop Mahmood and we wil have a half-decent team..

Very impressed by Yardy, best bowling figures by an England Spinner in ODI's on debut.

Thats two good scores Bell has put up in the series now. He continues to be one of the most underrated players.
LOL underrated? two knocks doesnt revive your career and make you underrated... Agaisnt quality attacks he looks like a rabbit in the headlights however he has looked at home in this series and I may be proven wrong!

I was dissappointed in Strauss. His Captaincy was shocking at times in my opinion. Not to mention the fact that he didn't walk, again.

When was the last time you saw someone walk?

Nothing wrong with not walking, especially in dodgy situations like that. For me, it looked not out when live.

His captaincy was below-par, but not walking is fine, no batsman should walk unless they are absolutley definitley out.

Bell deserves his chance in Australia.
He was a different batsmen since the ashes last year.
He is now a lot more postive and has improved against leg spin.
He played Kaneria and Afridi really well.
We will have to see who gets misses out in the middle order, Bell Cook or Collingwood.

Quality attacks? This Pakistan attack is better in ODIs than the Aussie attack in ODIs.
He's such a better player since the Ashes it's unbelievable.

He does have one big weakness still, just outside his off stump early on. But once he gets in he invariably goes on to score runs.
