There is only so much training you can give to a tailender. They are tailenders for a reason, if it was a simple case of training them we would have a lot more all rounders. What they need to do is pick batters that can perform under pressure and can make runs consistently.

winning 2 matches without murali and without mendis doing he's job , wow now thats something worth talking about if it happance ones u can say its luck but now what can anyone say (by the way no vaas or malinga, dilhara) by the way very soon lankas going to give out another fast and i mean FAST bowler who has not even play any first class match so far. and the news is that he has not even bowl with the hard ball befor last 5months. he's around 23-24 in age and 6feet9. and they say this guy is a killer

Dilhara has not been in the team for a while now. His pace has dropped and he is inconsistent now.
yap in he's time he clocked 150ks but he is not as fast as he use to be for sure but there is something about dilhara. he is a one who really can win a match for u and yes can loss a match for u as well

a lot of players named are spelled differently all the time, sometimes its Muralitharan or Muralidharan.

I believe it is Muralitharan. Concerning Fernado its funny because his last match was march 1st and pakistan as a team last match before the attacks on the Sri Lankan Team was in late 2007 against India. I think not having Mendis in full form is pure BS because first off he plays well with Murali but seriously Murali is like what almost 38. He will retire soon enough no doubt about that. So you cannot say that Mendis was not in form it is just that he plays well when he is Murali which means that until Mendis can play well without Murali you can't blatantly say that he is a great bowler and he would have destroyed Pakistan. Which is not true because Pakistan has good batsmen against spin like Younus and Yousuf.
Plus, Herath bowled extremely well if anything I believe he was as dangerous as Murali he took consistent wickets and he broke big partnerships. And Kulasekera is a very good bowler he started taking wickets with that in dipper and he started bowled a good line and length and got many wickets. Its the same situation when both Akhtar and Asif were out against England and Pakistan beat England 2-0 in the series does that mean that England sucked of course not it just means that Pakistan played was the better team during the series.
I hate how people say that Pakistan is such a terrible team because Sri Lanka's "2nd Team" beat them. Which of course is not true Pakistan have some serious middle order problems like a very disappointing vice captain Misbah Ul Haq who I believe should not be playing. Also a very bad wicketkeeper in Kamran Akmal who everyone in the world thinks should not be the wicketkeeper for Pakistan.
Going back to Diaskasun, how can you say that a bowler who has never played first class cricket come in international cricket and play well. If he is 23-24 now it will take atleast 2 years to come into the side. Not only that you never know he could crack under pressure. So do not boost a player who has never play a FC cricket match yet.

That's because we have a middle order of Yousuf (who can't play left arm spin), Misbah (ridiculously horrible technique), Malik (plays selfishly / gets out for no reason / plays for the not out), and Kamran Akmal (has lost form unfortunately).
And our tail enders can't bat like England and Australia's can.
We need to do what India did with their ODI team - kick all these seniors out, and make them fight for a spot in the team.
I think Pakistan should put Salman Butt back at the opening position with Manzoor, and then play Alam for Misbah, and Faisal Iqbal for Shoaib Malik (I can't believe I'm saying Faisal Iqbal, but he's the only other batsman in the squad).
Yousuf will have to stay because he made a 100, but if he didn't make that, I'd say kick him out, and play Abdul Razzaq.

Kanerias back in, he'll take 3 or 4 odd wickets for 200 runs .
