I think thy will stick with hales for a bit longer
And for the keeper, the option would probably be foakes

This also means that you have your 2 spinners, as i actually dont think rashid is that much of a better bowler than borthwick. And when we go to the subcontinent, another spinner (Ansari/Rashid) could come in for a seamer if needs be
