Pakistan v Australia in England, June-July 2010

Instead of Bollinger I would rather see Tait play.

And personally I find Hauritz the best Australian spinning option.

Tait does not play Test cricket, last time he did he only bowled 5 odd overs and then had a nervous break down. He can't hang with the big boys

Smith is our next great test match spinner. We must start grooming him now. Hauritz has done well but Smith has so much more potential as a leggie. Hauritz can still play LOI's, and I don't want Smith playing them anyway (unless it's as a batsman, and even then we have better bats). At least until Jon Holland gets back into the ODI side.

I'd like to see McKay being given another chance at Test level.

I think one of the strengths (although it is perceived and criticized as a weakness by some) of Australia's selectors is the faith they show in players and their willingness to give players another go at international level (even if they haven't been outstanding at domestic level) rather than calling them up for a few of ODIs/Tests and dropping them for a rather long length of time after a bad performance or in favour of youth. Ryan Harris is a good example of a player who was called back after one ODI and has done a great job at international level since.

Would like to see George play

Sounds like Kaneria might be dropped for Ajmal because of the number of lefties in our side. A risky move considering what happened last time he played against us.
