As far as has been revealed they weren't fixing the match result but it puts massive doubts over that now.

Basically discredits the work done by Broad and Trott. Its not going to be remember as the world class partnership it is; too much speculation that Pakistan let them score.

In one of the links he says he wasn't taking bets on the result of the match as they wanted Pakistan to win so Butt could remain captain. It does hint that the first two may have been rigged though.

Agree fully. Aussies really need to hold on to MCG now lol. Pak needs its status stripped. It will actually be the best thing for Pakistan as it would probably lead to Butt's sacking and pretty much the reorganization of the PCB, which it desperately needs.

because this is not an isolated incident, and there are serious question marks about corruption in the board. Pakistan needs to be suspended from tests and ODIs (yep world cup as well) and anti-corruption units need to go through the PCB with a fine comb. managers, agents, coaches, board members.

One of the requirements of test status is that the domestic setup must be of an acceptable standard. The type of people involved in pakistani cricket, for me, mean that it does not reach those standards.

A lot of what you are saying is based on assumptions. The PCB is run by incompetent fools, but that does not mean they are corrupt.
