Need help in retrieving the Product activation code for Don Bradman Cricket 14. I purchased the game from Amazon.in and do have the proof of purchase required. Please let me know who should I reach out for the Activation Code.

Note: The game is currently activated in Steam and I play it on a daily basis. I have the game disc with the box but i lost the activation code paper in it. I need the activation code as I am planning to format my PC and i will have to reinstall the game.

If the game is already activated in your Steam profile you should be fine IMO. After you reformat your PC you should be able to install the Steam client, log in to your profile and be able to play the game along with other games in your Steam profile you have purchased. It should work just like any other "diskless" Steam game which you purchase online digitally.

But just to be doubly sure, check with Steam support anything else you need to do to access all the games (activated via disks) in case you reactivate profile on a new PC.

suddenly in the career game i got out as bowled but i was play a straight shot and bowler stopped it . Then bowler throw the bowl to the stump at the wicket keeper and i got out from umpair and also i was in the line so no run out . What is this happened with this game ? I am sure it is a bug Big ant need to see it. I have not captured any video but a still photo here :
anyone tell me how to capture video of any ball of the over?

I've been playing the PC version of DBC for many months now. Today when I booted it up, I got this blank screen instead of the home screen. I'm not sure what to do, or if this means I need to reinstall.

Hi I have installed the game on my PC (Win 7) but whenever I start the game, it crashes and goes back to the desktop or worse still, it shows me Blue screen of death. The constant BSOD may harm my computer hardware. I really wanna play this game but I am unable to figure out what the problem is! Any guesses there?

Multiple game freezes this morning, really destroying progress in what was a great match.

playing a custom 2-day FC game in tour mode, having dismissed my opponents cheaply (160) I had a big opening partnership before losing my first wicket on 133. freeze shortly after before scoring any more runs or losing wickets.

restarted (last save point, 118-0) and got to 125 before losing my first wicket, then a mini-collapse to 143-3 with 2 new batsmen at the crease.

scoring has been tough throughout - this is about 46 overs this score has come off, so the game was really nicely poised... now have to go back to the 118-0 point.

Not happy - not had any game freezes for some time - they seem to come in fits and starts, you'll have a day or two of multiple freezes, then none for a while.

@fiction @HBK619 - there is a definite bug I have seen multiple times in multiple game modes whereby if you run two, attempt a third and cancel it you are credited with only one run.

Batsmen are at the right ends for the two, but only one run awarded.

Some times I want to Play A Shot But Batsman Stay still and ball goes on. Please check any one else faces this problem .
