Known old bug. Maximum no. of overthrow runs is 5 irrespective of how many runs you may have taken when the overthrow occurred. Generally you get either 4 or 5.

Plus overthrows don't get the batsmen's end right. Overthrow where the ball goes to the boundary is considered as if the batsman hit a 4 and stays at the striker end instead of crossing over if say you were taking a single and the fielder's throw went to the boundary.

For that situation considering I ran two,it was correct but if single then that's bug...

You will only see the difference if you were taking an odd numbered run when the boundary overthrow happened as the boundary overthrow is treated as if the batsman on strike hit a 4.

Seeing this happening after the patch, have never encountered such a thing before..A straight forward catch being taken on the bounce on purpose..
Created GIF to showcase the issue by grouping a few screenshots...

oh this is common I think... I haven't played career for a while but it certainly happened to me before - usually would be updated at the end of the series.
Oh ok then...I usually dont see such things but noticed by chance so reported this,no a big deal though....

You can drop back in those levels - 'expecting selection' means that you expect to keep getting selected. You're not 'safe' in the team until you move up to the ranks like core member.
Wow is it?? That's very good to know that...Thanks for correcting that then...:thumbs
