i'm starting a big tournament where every team gets a chance to qualify. i am australia and france and its really exciting

yes international. i will post the results of first round qualifying tomorrow.
using the world cup style cup mode i split the teams up into the groups using a fair draw with seeding and every thing. but one team had to miss out and this was Wales. they would play each other twice and the top 40 teams out of 56 would progress to the second stage. the second stage consists of two groups of 20 playing each other once. this was seeded by the results of the firt round. the top ten will then progress to make a final group of 20 where every one will play each other once. then the top 12 will progress into the home and away leg knockout phase. the knock out table will look something like this.

I'd do a tourney.

2-2 extra time V Brazil at the San Siro. England all over them. Gerrard and Rooney having a competition to see who can play the most like god. Gerrard wins. :cool:
