@Sedition - User asked for our views, I posted what I felt/feel. I really don't see where you are going with this. You questioned my stance on a no lynch on day 1, I questioned your gameplay on day 1. We're going around circles and we don't need that at this point of the game.
There are already enough lynches on Smurf and considering that he hasn't come online since yesterday, I hope he puts forward a defense soon. Abhas mentions about character claims from people who are looking scum, what do the rest of you think about it? Considering that we don't exactly know what role is associated with what alignment, character claiming will be pointless.

Ok, I will give you all an extension since there is at least some discussion/lynching going on. I can't stress enough that in recent games you've all become far too reliant on writeups to figure everything out. This time you'll need a little more gameplay analysis

I'd hold fire on character claims, we could end up outing a decent town role which is a free pass for the mafia (ie Amla/doctor or whatever thing I said right at the start)
I'd be tempted to lynch Smurf as it is. I know I'm a fine one to talk after last game, but it's annoying he's on the brink; I'm sure he could spare 2 minutes to pop in and at least give us a timescale.

agreed. I think it's fine to lynch him. he hasn't been on since yesterday at 1am, if he had an important town role he'd make sure to be more active (since he himself cast suspicion on a non active person) to ensure he stayed alive, as a sort of obligation of fulfilling his role and not letting people down.
So basically it seems worst case scenario is he is vanilla town and we lynch someone innocent. But it sort of caps the benefit as well because applying the same logic rules out a godfather type role.

I see where you guys are going with, and I do agree that if hes got an important he would be slightly more active. Till then we need to look at other theories.
Zhuorb you have posted alot in the last few pages but hardly one post is substantive. I need you to post your thoughts on who might be mafia, town etc. You dont have to strongly believe on any of them I just want to whos giving you what vibes.

I'm willing to take a gamble that Ste is town and isn't trying to mislead everyone by picking Smurf out. Some good points have been made, I'm all for lynching someone on the basis that they're either scum or poor town.

I'm not keen on lynching someone without even letting them defend. If he's cop or doctor we're going to look incredibly stupid.
I'd be very suspicious of anyone who hammered under those circs. If we don't believe how claim on the other hand...
