Just preordered it from HMV Uk, shipping to US was 4.50 so total was 30 pounds roughly 43 dollars, Its not that much of a lost since i sold my ps3 copy from last year at the price i bought , any idea how many days it takes for shipping to US, the people who ordered ashes cricket 2009 last year,

Last year I ordered from gameplay (uk) and got the game within a week.

Yup, it's a great deal. In Canada the new games are generally $69 + tax and at HMV the total comes out around $45 including shipping & taxes. Can't get a better deal IMO.

Hopefully HMV won't have any problems handling all these pre-orders to US/Canada :upray

Mine came out to $42.17 American and AMEX will charge me $1.75 for buying in foreign currency, still not bad considering new games here are 60-65 and I paid 70 plus for AC09 after shipping

Yay just pre-ordered my copy of PS3-IC2010 from HMV. You guys rock and are great in sharing information.

This is the first time I am buying a PAL game on PS3. Previous Cricket games i bought were all PC based so no such issue.

No issue on Ps3 either, there is no region coding. Feels great to have a ps3 no BS issues, no paying for stuff, better graphics, Blu-Ray .............

They should just charge you an exact exchange rate. I would go Amazon or so...

They won't, you will never get the market exchange rate on foreign currency purchases in any business.

I would just like to know because I live in New Zealand and have a PS3. If I buy the UK version, would it play on a NZ machine. I think the PS3 is a multi region game player, but could you confirm this please.

Yes it will work, I also live in NZ and am probably going to pre-order from the UK.

Don't know whether to pre order it online or just wait for it to come out here in Australia.

I would go buy it in person if the release date is same as I hate to wait ....even if I have to pay 5-10 bucks more.

However, we in US don't have that option.
