Hodge And Hussey Lead the Assault
A good batting performance from B.Hodge and D.Hussey lead to a very good batting performance from Victoria. Although they both were unfortunate to not get the centuries they lead the attack on Western Australia bowling. And with the help of a good team effort they post a good total of 377. Zain Awan bowl 28 overs for just one wicket so a bad performance for him in this match so far in batting as well as bowling.

Inness And Warne bowled out Western Australia
Good bowling from Victoria bowlers Inness and Warne snatch almost victory from Western Australia. After a opening partnership of 34 runs in came Zain Awan. But instead of grabbing the opportunity he increased the pressure on an already under pressure team a big duck for him. Got out lbw on a yorker from Inness. Only Langer and Gilchrist showed some resistance against Victoria bowling.

Yeah it looks like Zain Awan have not got a perfect start to his first class career. Although he have got fifty in one day but completly failed in first class. His captain and coach have promised him to give one more chance in next match. Lets see what happens

Western Australia have got there fast bowler B.Edmondson back from a knee injury which keep him out of this seasons first three matches.

He is a good fast bowler and will certainely help us in winning game as we have lost three matches in a row and it was because of our bad bowling.

meh, he needs to concentrate more in the first class matches. On both occasions he was under pressure, but that's cricket! I say the number 6 spot for him would be good, as it is not too high and not too low. Also, he's not doing much with the ball. Maybe he should be like Kallis or Sehwag and only get 6-8 overs in an OD game and like 10-12 in a test match. If he's bowling really well then obviously give him more overs

Western Australia Vs NSW
So here comes another Pura cup match against Queensland. Only one change in lineup for Western Australia they have got there last year medium fast bowler B.Edmondson back and have replaced B.Casson with him. Now it is a very bad start to the season they have lost three matches in a row which have put them at the bottom of Pura Cup and ING Cup ladder. They will be looking forward to end this losing streak.
Langer won the toss but chooses to bowl first on hard pitch that it is real gamble. Langer have got a little defensive approach going into this match. He is thinking of covering up the bad bowling by his bowlers (if happened) by batting that?s the reason he chooses to bowl first on hard pitch.
