lol i dont think they got any chnace of winning whats teh highest 4th innings total at melbourne!??? bet it isn't much!!

Gilly faild again he is having a terrible run right now

Just look one post above you.

Appeal against Smith was just denied.

South Africa will win! Why did they declare? South Africa has a lot of time to chase it.

South Africa did well to survive a small session before lunch. Plenty of overs to get 366 and if one batsman can make a century than the task may be realistic. Still Aussie are favourites, also i felt the declaration was ideal.

Yes, but Gilchrist had no other chocie, he had to come out and slog for the team.

A draw this game would be ridiculous. The target was 366 off about 120 overs, basically, about 3 an over.

not a good scores set by australia, but they also have good bowlers who can really bowl out S. Africa on low total, may be australia wins.

S. Africa 3/60 when posting

lol, it was a pretty good declaration, 366 is definitely not low, it requires the oppostion to bat for a long time to win on an old and worn (Warne?) wicket.

5/72, now, the Aussies have the pressure on.

The wicket of Gibbs was one of Warne's best all summer. Top of middle stump.

Andrew Symonds has hit complete form this match (and not too soon), both with bat and ball, he is dominating.

As if all this wasn't great enough for the Aussies, they still have a top class spinner hovering fresh in the wings to come on and test the batsmen and Lee has only bowled 6 overs, he also is preparing to give a firm blast.

5/72 now match is in australia's way.

a very brave decision from Ponting and his risk is paying off. Symonds is fired up since his 3 wicket haul.

Australia will win easily now which is quite dissapointing because it would of been great for the series if it had been 0-0 going into sydney as the decider.
