Lunch Break
Mark- well joining me for the lunch break is ravi shastri and Alan Donald.
well Alan South africa sweeped aside indias batting with some fine batting and there were helped by laxmans mistakes.
Alan- yes mark south africa are in a really good position here. they bowled excellent. for me they key for the south african were to get a wicket early and they got 2 within 3 overs and wicket of gangully. ganguly looked like he was going to score a big innigs but foolish running by laxman halted that. same with rahul dravid he looked in form but again laxman ran him out.
Mark- well ravi this match looks like easy pickicngs for the sout africans.
Ravi- yes mark india will be dissapaointed with their batting efforts. but you never know if india grab 2 early wickets south african may be on pressure. the ball will certainly swing in the first few overs.
Mark- well alan south africa do have the tendancy to slack of chasing low targets. one example of this was against india in the hero cup. india were bowled out for 196 and south africa were all out 190.
Alan- Yes mark South africa are very goog slacking off but they will be determined to win this.
Mark- well ravi what do you think went rong for india.
Ravi- well mark i think that the indians forgot that they were playing on seaming wickets and they tried to play their natural game which did not work.
Mark- well nicky boje proved that there was something for the spinners by grabbing 4 wickets.
Ravi- yes mark the pitch has got something for the spinners and india will try to exploit that with kumble, tendulkar and sehwag.

Ravi- what a beauty from balaji the ball pitched on middle gibbs tried to go straight down the ground the ball swings gibss misses it and off stump is removed. South Africa 3/1

corey Collymore has Injured himself during training and he will miss the rest of this sereis. Tino best will replace him
