363 is a good score but I feel we needed to score around that considering the due. Our bowling is looking good in terms of pace but they can all go for plenty because they all lack control, except spinners. Sri Lanka's batting line up is still good and if someone like Dilshan gets settled, he can even win it for them.

Varun Aaron bowling absolute thunderbolts straight away. 152 km/h, I just hope he gets some control on his bowling and he will be absolutely brilliant for us. Same with Umesh because they both can bowl fast but their line and length can be vivid. It is great to see both of them opening the bowling in tandem. I still feel Umesh is not bowling too fast because he is focused on his line and length.

The thing against Varun & Umesh is the lack of Fast Bowling Aggression!
They lack the quality of playing mind games with the batsmen too!

After decades of watching 'fast' bowlers bowl about as fast as spinners, the first 7 overs did me proud today !! Yadav and Aaron the future of Ind Fast Bowling. Bhuvi, Yadav and Aaron on Perth ... !! Fking yes !!

Having said this with Sagna in and Jayawardene to walk in later, the real test is still there. Lets rip through those two. Yadav and Aaron would have arrived.

BTW, Mesut Ozil has been clearly working on his cricket hard, those sixes at the end were super. With all the focus on cricket it no wonder he sux at football now :P
