Okay then. Since most teams play on these dead pitches it allows players like Sharma, Raina and Yuvraj Singh to get away with average techniques. Thus when they play on anything with a bit of life in it they look like rubbish.

Right, just like they all looked like rubbish last time we won the championship. Besides, Yuvraj and Raina play on one of the bounciest tracks in India--Mohali. If there's anything you can say, it is that they haven't played against 90+ mph bowlers regularly... which is not something we can really fix.

This is Dhoni's style of late. If you remember in the IPL semis, Chennai lost early wickets and Dhoni nudged it around and put up a sub-part score. It didn't work then, it barely worked for Deccan in the other semi and it's probably not going to work for us tonight with Gayle in touch.

Finally a catch goes down! With the Windies fielding form I think the Indians expected them to drop a few more.

Dhoni's changed as a batsman in OD cricket, and I don't think it's for the good. He used to be incredibly good at upping the pace and hitting boundaries, but now he's just a nudger and a nurdler. It's certainly helped his ODi average but the entertainment value has dropped incredibly. He used to be one of the best batsmen in the world to watch.

I also hate his new Reebok stickers. Awful colours, far too bright and you can only see the sponsor's name in close-ups. Rank.
