I wanted him to combine with GVM just for a change in Tamil cinema. It would be a different experience for both. But it won't happen really.

A lot will disagree with you. It was a well made film with great music and great performances. Dhanush just rocked it with his portrayal as KP Karuppu. Especially his scenes with Tapsee in the first half were a scream... "Ai aam luv u...." was the best! "Yathe Yathe" still lingers in the mind

Ya music wise,i love En Vennilave.Others were good too..but Otha Sollale was bad for me.Thalaila kothu barotta potta madri irukku andha paatu.I hate kuthu songs mostly.En Vennilave still floats in the air.An epic song that is.

Saw Pooda Podi.
Not a bad movie,they could have released before or after the thuppakki release.

Also saw Thuppakki,well that's perfect.Will be a mega hit.
BTW,I couldn't see any wrong seens about Muslim.Have they removed it from Sunday show?

Yup Puneeth.I do have a very different taste.I generally prefer heros being high profile people in the film and i dont like them to be in slums etc...Also i dont prefer those village stories.I expect every film to be Alaipayuthey or Vinnai Thandi Varuvaaya

Mani Ratnam's "Kadal" first look is out

The poster looks like "Bombay" all over again (the "Uyire Uyire" song). Mani Sir has chosen to heighten the suspense around Gautham Karthik (the lead hero of Kadal) even further by showing us just the backside of his face... From this still, he looks to be having certain features like Siddarth... But until you see the actual face, can't say anything. Pretty impressive promotion for Gautham Karthik! Everyone is curious to see how he looks....

Bad news is, the audio which was supposed to release tomorrow, has been postponed to Dec 15th. Shacksssss!!!!
