I liked Ya Ya for Kadhal Sandhya. It was a bit funny, no real story in it, cant expect that in Mirchi Siva's movie. But man this female was really turning me crazy. Wow.

Saw Naiyaandi last night, nothing new in terms of material, but I liked it, and Nazriya, I think I'm in love with you. :p

And this song! :yes

Raja Rani was a decent watch in theatre, GV rocked with his bgm.(theatre viewers would know :p) I liked Nayanthara's acting in the Apoplex scenes.

@Sai and MadhavanGovind - I regard OKOK as one of modern comedy classics. It definitely makes me laugh whenever I see it. It was a full-fetched comedy whereas VVS has only some laughs. OKOK really caused the laugh-pain in the stomach.

Unfortunate that this movie got rave reviews. For me, its a 0/5

A very narrow view and rating I would say.

watched Naiyaandi & Vanakam Chennai , Both Movies are Good Comedy Entertainer :thumbs Music was Superb in Both the Movies

Actually this is the first review i am hearing in a good way for Naiyaandi. My friends told me that they couldn't sit in the theater. Heard the other movie was good. But yeah, Vanakkam Chennai is good or not, i will certainly see it for Priya Anand :)

I watched half of Nayyandi last night, and I was never so eager to switch off a Dhanush movie before. I have liked Dhanush films mostly, but this one is just heavily skip worthy. No substantial plot whatsoever. The movie moves at a snail pace, with boring gigs in the first half. Dhanush just sleepwalks through his role. In fact, he seems not too interested. Nazriya is growing in stature as Tamil cinema's next bubbly and cute heroine. She was the only reason why I lasted half of Nayyandi. Soori is monotonous, and Sathish (Ethir Neechal fame) is wasted. I am not interested in watching it further.

1/5

Superb song from Harris Jayaraj! "Vaan Engum Nee Minna" from Jiiva-Trisha's upcoming "Endrendum Punnagai". Takes back to the Vaaranam Aayiram days. Very catchy and beautiful song!

Endrendrum Punnagai songs are nice to hear to. Its copied from Harris's old music files, never mind, just enjoy the music.

Saw Vanakkam Chennai, it is a pretty decent film with a just wafer thin story line. Shiva does not justify the role. Santhanam was under used and wasted totally. Priya was cute as usual. Can watch it for Priya!

Endrendrum Punnagai songs are just fabulous giving me Unnale Unnale songs feel.

Endrendum Punnagai songs are excellent! A very good comeback from Harris after a relatively ordinary Irandaam Ulagam. One of the top albums of the year for sure. Harris seems to be in Varanam Aayiram mode for this film as the songs revive those days.

Favorite picks - 'Ennai Saaithaale', 'Othayilae', 'Ennatha Solla' and 'Kadal Naan Thaan'.

Its not called copy when it reminds you of the same composer's old songs. Harris has his own set of signature tunes that he uses in different styles over different films. And they become hits in every album.
