His batting has made him have a good series, his bowling has been good at times and poor at others, averages about 36ish. Worse than Harmisons.

Bond has pace, but with that he has genuine control and he can swing the ball easily.

Akhtar has lost his pace and will almost definately never bowl 100mph again. He also has the least control out of the three.

Lee is a superb bowler, but needs a cpouple more years to fine tune line and length. IMO he is one of the best in the world

But Bong would get my vote for his control at high speed.

Bond is a great bowler when he is fit....but he is constantly getting injured which is a real shame.

I think it has to be a close call between Lee and Bond although in my opinion Bond is slightly better than Lee, especially when he is perfectly fit.

I'm going for Lee on this one, pace does matter and Shoaib Akhtar has a lot of it but you need a lot more than pace to get wickets in cricket - Lee has that quality.

Bond is definitely best...only if he can get over with those niggles/injuries. Akthar is way inconsistent, Lee is developing into a very good bowler.

I don't like the fact he seems to miss more cricket than he plays, and I think what Shoaib does is amazing. He can destroy sides in a second, and he'd be the most exciting to watch.

Havn't seen Akhtar lately but I have the feeling that hes not as good as he used to be. Lee is a little inconsistant.

yeh Lee can be a world beater one day and then hammered the next...but he is definately a better bowler than he was 12 months ago.

btw Shoaib Akhtar has the best slower ball of all three
