The Fortune Draft

Let's start the Fortune Draft!

Pick 1

Dwayne Leverock
Nominated by :- @Bigby Wolf

Dwayne-Leverock1.jpg

Stats

List A :- 47 wickets @ 32.27 (BBI 5/53) in 44 matches
ODIs :- 34 wickets @ 33.02 (BBI 5/33) in 32 matches

Dwayne Leverock is a well-known character to the cricket world. If this draft was to select the heaviest cricketers, the person getting this guy would have easily (perhaps someone with Rakheem Cornwall on his team might give him close competition). Sadly, it is not.

In cricketing terms, he is not too bad of a cricketer to get in this draft, considering he does give a solid economical spin bowling option to the team. The only problem would be to hide him in the field.

And the person @Bigby Wolf has chosen to receive this player is....

A nice and heavy addition to the team.

Pick 2

Mick Lewis
Nominated by @ahmedleo414

Stats
List A :- 121 wickets @ 30.52 (BBI 5/48) in 94 matches
ODIs :- 7 wickets @ 55.85 (BBI 3/56) in 7 matches

Can one match end a career? Yes, of course. The well renowned holder of the Most Expensive Spell in ODI cricket, Mick Lewis find himself nominated as the next pick.

To be honest, whoever gets this would feel himself lucky considering they are getting a good enough bowler whose stats got skewed by just one match. He is a good wicket-taker (as his T20 average of 14.97 from 20 matches shows) and can keep the runs down (List A economy of 4.9)

And the lucky guy is....
