So, if the condition goes to superb, will better players be pulled from it? And I have 100 ITS, so I do want to use some!

The player already possess a degree of natural talent, but the level and distribution of this is completely random and will remain a mystery to you until the ITS and promotion process is completed.

I think he might have the potential to become a solid all-rounder. But, I'm worried about his concentration though. I have him on a keeping and fielding net right now, in addition to the primary nets. Is there a way I can speed up the increase of his secondaries?
