Thats a big luck that Rupesh was not playing since he was on National Duty for India!

Hey Chez how did I manage to lose points after having a win in that ranking thing.

Even I was also confused about the points calculation. More confusing was, BT shield teams entering into this rank system, where they are playing with teams of their levels and we, here, are competing with big teams. There is a difference.

You get more points for beating teams in higher levels and fewer for beating teams in lower levels. In the same way, you lose more points for losing to teams in lower levels and lose fewer points for losing to teams in higher levels.

Chez, can you be little more specific about that " more points" and "fewer points". i,e in numbers, say 2 points for normal win or 4 points for winning big team like that.

It's a curse apparently, but 80% of players you buy from Zorax or Voldy tends not to perform to their best ability 50% of the time

They just don't have the same drive. I mean, would you want to play for a team like Sunderland after playing for Liverpool?

That is why the system gives them less points for beating those teams than if a team in the Championship was to beat a team of a higher level

For every 1 wicket/10 run margin of victory - +1pt
For every 1 wicket/10 run margin of loss - -1pt

+2 groups - 2
+1 group - 1.5
Same Group - 1
-1 Group - 0.5
-2 Groups - 0
-3 Groups - 0

Bonus points based on rank - Losses
Points for losing to a team which is:
+3 groups - 0
+2 groups - 0
+1 group - -0.5
Same Group - -1
-1 Group - -1.5
-2 Groups - -2
-3 Groups - -2.5

Yes, he had respectable top order batting, respectable seam and competent spin. His middle order was just feeble where mine shows mediocre in Reporter Summary. With Rupesh in his team, I remember his ratings to Quality though.

Maybe because people don't really like it that much?

Personally it hasn't got the same level of addictiveness as battrick has, and battrick doesn't have such a cluttered menu system which seems a little unorganised to me.
