Ok my idea for a finals series goes like this..

After two rounds of promo/demo consuming 6 weeks we have a round of finals which make

1v2
3v4

all the way down to

31v32

so everyone is rated, syl and i have discussed the flaws but we see that this will give everyone a game and it seems to work the best

This will be suited if we only have 1 week to work with finals games

If we have 2 weeks to work with we might do finals for each division with 1v4 and 2v3 winners facing off, we might do a play off for the other spot but it depends..

Throughout the group stages the lowest ranked team will be at home but in the finals i think its best suited for the higher ranked team to be at home for fairness

No we will only do 1 week of finals to be honest, don't really see the need for 2.

Good idea of everyone playing a final match with the winner being declared as well, even if they are joint at the top.

Just a suggestion. Don't you think that we can have the low rated team to get home at the finals beacuase if the high rated teams have their home ground and suitable pitch, it'll be all carnage...

Lower rated teams in the finals will only be playing the team above them, and with the lower rated teams given the advantage throughout the entire group stage I feel its fair to give the better teams home advantage in the finals as they have earnt it

Ok if thats the way you wanna go jaz we will do it i was just throwing ideas in the air, that method will give everyone a position (eg i finished 27th in the pc comp) but the 2 week method would see division 1 champ, division 2 champ etc

I don't mind but I'd rather not. Depends what everyone wants. IF we do go with that idea we could make a table of how ever season panned out in the PC comp. I don't mind to be honest, as you said it's just an idea at the moment.

Depends on cup runs pretty much, i do like my first idea alot though so id probably stick with it

Just cleaned up the forums a bit, I changed the comp name to keep it consistent with original one not a big deal but i think it helps keep the history of the competition in check
