Trans-Tasman Trophy (NZ in Australia), December 2011/12

Very odd how the 1st sessions of each day have been extremely good for the bowlers.

My theory is the extra half hour at the start of the day causes it. We say the wickets for Australia right before lunch. Maybe they wanted lunch?

So anyone think NZ still have a chance? Haddin is a duck but Warner seems to have pitched a tent.

I go into a short meeting and everything has changed when I get back out. Test cricket is great.

What a knock by Warner in particular when the wickets were falling around him. Job still not done and made all that much harder by the loss of the experienced trio.

Channel nine commentators just said that australia were 5/140ish and chased 310??

Serious?

Aus need a replacement for Haddin. They need to find someone like Gilli who can instill fear instead of being a bunny.

7 down

Warner and Starc will have to do it!
