Triangular Tournment : Ind VS SL VS Ban

No surprise even if Bangla Vs SL in finals. Good batting went in vain in front of poor fielding & useless bowling - might be the headlines in one side & in other side - " We could have bowled bit better, they played better than us - Dhoni ". :p
 
Oh come on suren! Dont be so harsh like that. India have always been a far better team than Sri Lanka, home and away. We lost the last test series in SL purely due to the Mendis mystery factor which has subsequently died out. In ODI's, we have beaten SL twice consecutively in their own backyard in the last two ODI series. And we have thumped them when they have come to India to play ODI's (6-1, 4-1). Bangladesh have not yet found the consistency to be a top side. Our only problem is that this tournament will have a final and we have had our jinx in finals (even there, we won our last final against Sri Lanka where NZ were the third team). So I dont have any worry on India and I would say that we are overwhelming favorites.

I don`t even care about this series now. We play Bangla and SL in this series, then again play the same sides in the Asia Cup in a month or so. And do all this at the expense of test match cricket where we are in top form at the moment. I feel for guys like Dravid and Laxman who only play test cricket now and thanks to these Morons at BCCI, they wait for 10 months a year before they play a test match. I get irritated when some of the new T20 generation start complaining about how slowly Laxman or Dravid bat and how boring they make it look.

Good stuff there but I don't think ESPN360 knows what they are getting into. They host college-level US sports games and only minnow cricket games. I'm willing to bet they'll be crashing more than often during this triseries.

thats old news. its been up there for 2 weeks now

and US college football gets more crowd then your international cricket. so why wouldn't they show it. even our high school football team gets more hype then cricket from every where else.

and i will bet they wont crash, because they didnt for Ban v Zim series...

American football gets more hyped over Cricket. ok you tell me, when was the last time you watched a High school cricket match being broadcast on TV? every Friday they broadcast High school football matches, and cover it on every local news ch. they get treated like some kinda star or pro
 
Params either does not live in the US or never goes outside, High School football (let alone college or NFL) is a million times more popular than cricket here. Its laughable to compare the two in the United States.
