I have tried pushing the RAS up before the bowler bowls, it does help but then I seem to have been playing a lot more balls in the air. I may be exaggerating, but that how it seems to me right now.
If you push RAS before the bowler bowls, don't yu miss a lot of balls and get bowled or LBW? This approach may work against genuine quicks (Malinga, Brett Lee, Richardson) who bowl up to 151 kph in the game but for others it will result in a very early or a missed shot.
