World's most Over-rated and Under-rated player!

just wanted to say that i think michael clarke is the most overrated player of all time..! dont get me wrong, hes great, but he isnt all that. aussie commentators seem to adore the kid that in my opinion is along with being the most overrated player in the world, also the most INCONSISTENT player in the world. hes never in good or bad form, just form. he'll score a hundred then a duck then take a magnificent catch to make up for it then get smashed while bowling... i would have loved to have seen michael bevan retain his one day international spot as i believe he was the best one day player ever but what can you do, got to make room for the young guns i suppose...

Well said mate, yes ur very correct and there have been many players coming out in that fashion, Powell when he arrived too did the same, so did Graeme Smith. Absolutely correct.

I feel sorry for Clarke, he has a lot of pressure put on him now, I don't know how you can give a kid the allan boarder medal which the australians and commentators keep piping on about, sorry I think he was too young for that and since then, his form has been below average.

Don't get me wrong, he is an extremly good all round cricketer, can bowl some small spells well, great in the field and very good batsman.

His test form hasnt been the best, he started awesome but really hasnt done anything since then, but you cant say he is over-rated in ODI's, he has performed awesome in that form of the game
