Hi all, is it just me or has the new pitch degradation and graphics system big ant bought in a few patches ago, disappeared now? I recently played a 2 test matches. Both went on for 5 days and the pitch didnt change at all plus they looked like the ones we had at release.

He has quite a large following, close to 10k followers, probably one of the reasons. Tbf that page has been decent with providing updates of the game since release.

The guy basically posted a YouTube video of someone criticsing the new patch. That pissed ross off. Basically dm'd the guy a threatened him to delete it or "get blocked"

How hard can it be for the keeper to stand in a position where he can gather the ball and take the stumps down quickly in a run out situation. Idk anything about coding but surely it cant be that hard.

Its something to do with the grounds. I think grounds downloaded from the academy glitchs

Is this really a glitch? I was worried every batter played basically identical shots, killed the game for me personally.

Im struggling with the new shot animations, how every shot has a full batswing that goes over the shoulders. I miss playing a classic cover drive, straight drive or pull that makes u feel incredibly good. Defence does look good

See how ross only responds to questions regarding licensing on twitter, i dont think gameplay is a focus at all.

Hate the new shot animations, feels like some tail ender slogs. 22 is better apart from the lighting

I would take the AI not playing 4 pacers in tests on subcontinent pitches, gets really annoying when u play career mode for a subcontinent nation. New, shots/animations, pitch degradation, smarter ai and better fielding

Cricket 22 release, we had a demo and academy out by now. Looks like we'll have a even more un finished game, this year.

My thinking is that. If their running around now and it also seems like they've started hiring just recently, how can they possibly deliver a finished game in a month, seems unrealistic to me

I doubt its linked in the game. I've had many instances where AI sides play 4 seamers and a fast bowling all-rounder in a galle wicket thats, dusty, soft and quick wear. It happened so often that i gave up playing career mode

I hope we actually massive gameplay improvements, pitch conditions. New shots. Fewer glitches, A difficulty level between hard and hardest. Newer batting styles. Personally not too excited about mocaps cuz the community does a great job with this anyway. I also hope scheduling of the smaller...

Personally not too excited about ipl sides getting captured. The community makes, great likeness and stadiums, anyway. Way better than bigant tbh. I hope theres gameplay improvements to match

Personally i dont want any new licenses or teams. The community does a great job at this anyway. I want better gameplay, newer animations, newer ways of getting out, newer batting styles, just overall great, better, more realistic gameplay.

Was this animation there previously? While this patch has ruined the graphics. I personally feel its massively improved gameplay. I faced 200 balls in a test match today and its the most fun I've had playing this game. The bowling has been improved alot, gotta work hard to score runs now. Few...

I think they also just announced an AFL game. So we'll probably see a couple more updates at best, and maybe one every 4 months from there on
