Yeahhh! Just scored 201 in a Shield game against QLD only took 1-5 (though I only bowled 5 overs and that wasn't till QLD's 2nd innings). Got MOTM and we beat them by an innings an 203 runs

Scored 162 not out and 122 in my last Shield game and took match figures of 2/7 off 5 overs (not many overs for a bowling all-rounder but my player would've needed the rest). My FC average as a result of this game has shot up from 44 to 104! :D

Started my career again as I was only just getting a handle on things with bat and ball before being picked up by the test side. I'm now 3 or 4 games into the Shield season averaging 44 with the bat (thanks to a 63 in my last innings, average was 33.5 before that), and averaging 9.6 with the ball.

Has anyone found batting in County cricket to be harder than batting in Shield cricket? In Shield games I was able to make 50's in like 20-30 balls, but I've found that in County cricket I'm having to grind it out more (in my last County game I made 30-odd off 80 balls or something).
