My point was that they could have given us a brief update as to how things were left, then we could have taken things up with whomever the 'patch' was left with, if it still exists.

I assume that anyone unfortunate enough to have lost their job will have to work a 'notice period', so, from a selfish point of view there is hope that the patches will be finished. It's also in Codemasters interest to have the Patch released, as if it isn't it's only going to put even more...

Very good idea and I agree. Keep it in for 'easy' level but take it out for Normal and Hard. It would encourage you to watch the ball react off the pitch and bowl accordingly.

What if the connection is not 'lost' but you are getting terrible lag which is making you lose wicket after wicket ? This has happened to me a few times and I have quit because, quite simply, it would be ridiculous to continue. A better idea would be to have some sort of 'connection...

If anything is predictable around here then it's your reaction fella :p Great news on the patch(es). I don't understand why it needed to be so 'cloak and dagger' though ? There may be some who have taken the game back etc... that may have kept it if they had confirmation of a patch.

Not quite a bug I guess, more a gameplay issue, but they've got the edges from pace bowlers all wrong, particularly on slow pitches. Lords is a prime example.....no edges carry, it's ridiculous. I can understand if less edges carry on slower pitches, that's common sense, but the difference...
