1st semi final: England vs Australia

Speeds for that innings. Interesting to note that the Aussies have 4 bowlers bowling 150kph including Lee with one ball at 154.3.
Yeah, I've been watching live Hawkeye a lot. Lee was the only one to consistently bowl over 90 mph throughout. All of them got faster towards the end of the innings, with both Johnson and Watson only starting to cross over 90 mph at the death. Lee increased from bowling at 90-93 to bowling at up to 96 mph.

It's amazing to think there are sides like India that are completely devoid of that sort of pace. Even with India, we know those guys exist, somewhere.

Might better straight drive from Watson. Hasn't really launched like I thought he would but this is good too.

He has the aspects to be a good one. Control, decent speed and that extra effort.

Yet another awesome over by Ponting.

It might be a little early, this isn't the world's easiest bowling pitch.

Watson looks so dodgy on the pull, he needs to get some tips from Ponting on how to play it better.

Yes but they got smacked around a bit, and England gave a few wickets away.

Ok i retract my previous statement, Aussies to win inside 25 overs for the loss of only 1 wicket.

That`s more like the English fan we know and love.

might be too early to say but Onions isnt a ODI bowler.
I frankly feel sorry for him, having to bowl the new ball with no slips. No wonder he's feverishly bouncing the batsmen, only way to bring that stupid little leg slip into the game. It might be too early to say, but Strauss isn't an ODI captain.

Onions bowling way too short. Lucky he hasn't been bowling to Ponting otherwise he'd be smashing him.

England messed up when they told KP to pick a new coach then flipped him over in public. England are shambles, and will be for a long time.
