England are going to have to sharpen up for the rest of the series. Strauss and Bopara are the only ones that got genuinely good deliveries. Cook, Pietersen and Collingwood just threw their wickets away. Just gotta help the bowlers perform now.

All the England batmen have gotten starts other than Cook, yet none went on to make a century. I don't see the Aussies making the same mistake.

Match is even again. When England were 200-3 they were clearly ahead, but some poor shots have brought Australia back into it.

I hope Freddy just goes and has a thrash because when he plays defensively he just enevitably gets out cheap.

Going to set Prior up to get out now, but he looks the business. Looks technically solid, strong all round the wicket and is pretty positive. Signs are good.
