Very good win by the Eagles.
They really lifted their game in the last quarter.
Lynch's form continues with 4 goals and Chicky got 5 goals, Hansen also got 3 goals, so it was good to see their forward line playing really well.

Yer, but look at the bombers percentage, its the second highest in the bottom 8. Every single game we have only lost by a couple of points. It was a good fight by the bombers, the eagles midfield just over-ran them in the last quarter.

i cannot believe what i saw...i saw the most pathetic bunch of girls pretend to be footballers....yes the GFC!!!

Ablett in the midfield wouldnt have made a difference, the guy cant shake a decent tag.

Midfield is too slow and untalented. Forwards werent working for each other and applying enough pressure. The amount of times i saw Kingsley wrestling with Presti, Wakelin and Clement on his own was disgraceful....where were Ottens and Playfair?? ye gods!

Tenace did his knee and apparently King and Mooney got injured aswell...woo go Kingy u legend of a leader.

Why would you pick Melbourne?

Melbourne have a good forward line an ok midfield and crap defense.
Eagles can only score around 80 points which wont be enough.
Melbourne have a pretty good record over here.
Plus i put a $20 on melb to win at the tab.
Might aswell bring up the derby for ya again also.
Freo beat eagles, melb thrashed freo who beat the eagles so melb should beat eagles.

Im more worried about getting the bris/freo game wrong we have noone capable of stopping big forwards like Brown.
What we normally do is allow the big forward to kick a bag but make sure we stop everyone else.
Hopefully Bris throw Bradshaw down back to cover Pav or Mcpharlin like they normally do because that will play right into our hands

west coast will HAMMER melbourne...demons are a shyte team, and on sunday we will see just how bad they are...cant match it with the big boys.
