Genuinely surprised to see that nobody has picked him yet. A PSL stalwart, he is only the 3rd foreigner to have 1000+ runs in the PSL and a 100. Plus, Rossouw averages 32+ at a strike rate of 131. He was the backbone of Multan in their first 2 seasons, before moving to Quetta this season.

Again, as i mentioned before I am trying to make the best T20 team using players that have played in PSL, not necessarily only players that have performed in PSL
