Another international draft?

Lets go Gazza....Hopefully the first decade is something interesting to get everyone in it - like the 1900s 
Oh and it may be tricky to impose a limit for the number of players from one country if you are thinking of it. It has been 4 per team in other drafts, but for this one Australia and England have played in more decades than the others so maybe 4 isn't enough. Or maybe if you kept it at 4 it would just make it more challenging
