Australia have built a big lead alreay after amassing 125 in the session before Tea. However England have fough hard and reduced the Australians to 17 for 2 with Hoggard picking up Langer and Ponting for 4. Langer went first after leaving an inswinger from Hoggy. Ponting soon followed after falling for the two swinging away and wrongly anticipating it again and inseatd having the inswinger clip off stump. However from this wicket onwards Australia were on top with hussey and Hayden looking solid. Finally however after terrible bowling from Plunkett Flintoff got the wicket of Hussey who was caugth brillaintly by Cook at Short Leg.

D.Gower- Australia have a big lead already and have the game in their hand. England need a good session if they are to stay in this game.

Australia lead by 209 runs

england aren't doing too badly and so far Hayden is the only real contributor with the bat

This is a good story mate nice to see it still going hope we can take some more wickets ;)

Great presentation, Aussie's look in good shape, Pointers out for 4, un-likely, lol

England took a further 2 wickets giving them hope going into day four with Gilcrhcits and Clarke at the crease. Hayden fell first fater reachign 82 but a beautiful yorker from Flintoff prooved too much. Following this dismissal Symonds steady the ship adding 91 and a 100 partnerhsip with Clarke. Howeevr just 10 minutes before the close of play Panesar trapped Symonds LBW giving England a huge lift. Australia who are now 332 ahead will still be happy but will still wnat more runs with there being so long left in this game.

Engand fought back with the remaning 5 wickets to leave them needing 390 to win. Panesar made the breakthrough in the second over after bowling 5 dot balls to Gilchrist who went for a big sweep but missed and left him LBW. Following this wicket Flintoff removed Clarke with a short devlier that caught clarke on the helmet and dragged down onto the stumps. Directly after Lee survived a close LBW however the very next ball he fell LBW with the ball going the other way from flintoff. Soon England had themselves in a greta positon howver a final wicket partnership of 34 with Wanre amassing all the runs ensured Australia finishe don top.
