England pushed forward in this session and manage to lose just the one wicket. Paul Collingwood scored the first century od the tour and has finished close to his 150. At the other end a unlucky Flintoff was ran out for 49 and Jones has managed to reached his 50 milestone. The next session promises to be a facinating oen with the declaration nearing.

D.Gower- After two good sessions today England have left themselevs in a position where they can push forward and aim fro 700 before the close and hopefully ptu the Prime Ministers XI in for a few overs.

Prime Ministers XI survived a difficult session of 5 overs to go in at the end of day 2 without the loss of a wicket. However they are still 500+ rusn behidn and their task is not over yet by any means. For England Mahmood has looked wayward but Hoggard has been bowlign good away swingers troublign both batsmen. If they keep going as they are they could put soem pressure upon England.

D.Gower- Ministers XI have looked comfortable to an extent but if England keep applying the pressure wickets are bound to tumble.
M.Vaughan- We didnt go all out i believe in this session but if they keep resiliant we will ahev to bowl more attacking and agrressively but just keeping the runs down will dof or now..
J.Bryne- Pitch is a good oen and our batsmen are hopeful of cashign in on soem runs, but if England keep their pressure on it going to make the task difficult.

so much pics so slow internet....Minister's XI must really suk if almost evry England batsman makes a pretty good total....lowest was 0 but didnt face any balls and plunkett gone for 10 but he's a bowler....great story anyway, hopefully you'll put more writing than pics coz it takes a hell of a lot of time for the pics to load

Englands hoeps of takign a demandign roel in wicket takign was pushed froward by the two wickets this morning. Hoggard got the firts fro 1 but England had to wait fro Collignwood to remoev the dangerous Bryne for 72 cuahgt in the deep by flintoff. From here england have looked threatened by a good innings by Stevens 62*.

England made great leaps forward in their quest for victory with 2 wickets from spinner Monty Panesar. The Worcester spinner took 2 for 41 with a LBW and a big bowled of Stevens 88 whom was threaten to socre big runs. With these wickets England look closer to the follow on mark.

D.Gower- Panesar has really shown his clase asa spinner and those two bgi wickets have left England in even a stronger position at Tea.

Minister's Eleven are struggling here. Good performance by England though.

England cleaned up the rest of the Ministers line up with soem superb bowlign from Flitnoff, Panesar and Hoggard. With time running out England threw caution to the wind and bowled agressively with tight fields which eventually prevailed with the dismissal of batsmen predominately caught at first slip or by jones behind. England finsihed of the inninsg with 90 overs left in the game and therefore a difficuly last day ahead.

D.Gower- England managed to remoev all 10 wickets in the first innings and therefore there should be no trouble repeatign this feat in the 2nd.
M.Vaughan- We stuck to our aggressive style and soem unconventional bowlign by freddie by bowlign around the wicket to right handers. But with them cramped for room they kept finding the edg to 1st slip. Few early wickets and we should take this game

J.Bryne- We batted well at the top but people liek myself should have goen on to make more rusn and eventually this became our downfall when presure was applied. We batted well at stages but the last 5 wickets went way to quickly and cheaply.

England 661-8 Dec.

Prime Ministers XI 270 (84.5 overs)

Prime Minsiters XI trail by 391(Following on)

England require 10 wickets from a maximum of 90 overs

Prime Minsiters have reached the first hurdle on Day 4 losign just one wicket. The wicket of bryne went to Mahmood who got him caught by Strauss at 3rd slip. However things arent going all Englands way and the batsemn are looking settled and strong at the crease.
