Ashes 2015 - Australia tour of England July/September 2015

Yes Ball does drift away, but its not an edge, or atleast doesn't seem to be. Trust me, I got the vid down from youtube, opened videopad, and slowed it down to 1% clip speed. The seam (granted not very clear), doesn't alter the way its spinning. If there was an edge the seam would deviate or the rotation pattern would change. In the vid there doesnt seem to be any change in the pattern of rotation of the seam.

Thats with the vid quality not being great. If there is an HD vid it would be interesting to slow it down.

fearsome tweak This Shit fearsome tweak

A wicket finally :)

Really liked the look of Bairstow in that innings. Always looking to be positive.

Australia have a higher chance of getting bowled out for 60 then for Bell to play 2 good games in a row, the chances of him playing one good game is pretty damn low aswell!

Cannot remember seeing a better day for England.

I am sadly old enough to remember Marsh and Taylor batting through the day in 89... This puts that bad memory to bed.

Smith really needs to figure out how to play the ball that squares him up. He's been out to it 3 times and it doesn't even look like a swining/seaming ball problem. It just hits him at an awkward angle.

I hope the selectors stop the Smarsh experiment. It is dreadful. He's been in and out of the team many times and he hasn't done anything good consistently.

Hazelwood has lost the plot since Lords. He shouldn't try to swing the ball, he should just McGrath his way through. It's what got him success. Johnson is just damn useless if he's trying to swing. He should just bowl fast and at the head. It's what got him success in Ashes and South Africa.

The changes in plan is baffling. Everyone is playing differently to what made them good.
