Any delay may be caused by this notorious approvals process in place for the licenses... Either way, you're right though...

Think MattW's post about how 505 are probably trying to decide whether the "assets" are good enough to even bother showing anything or going ahead with release is probably not far off the truth.

I think it's quite likely they've already decided they're not worth proceeding with and everyone is trying to find a way to salvage something from the wreckage.
