I emailed 505 games asking for a specific release date and got this response:

Unfortunately, we do not have information regarding the release date of our products.

So, either they had no idea at all or they did but weren't letting on (and were obviously told not to), which their latest reply shows.

With the reputation they have spoiled through their poor communication, I don't think that people would even believe the existence of AC13 if their crew comes with game disc @ the entrance of EB tomorrow. All they can do is to execute their policy, 'hang in there' as per their wish in whichever place they prefer to!
