Asia Cup 2008

next match: Bdesh vs India... i hope india wont make 500 if they bat first...:D

fine but i am telling you somebody will break saeed anwar's record tomorrow...;)

India hasnt really smashed Bangladesh for the World Cup revenge.
If anyone is to break Anwar's record, well,it could be Sehwag. He really has been threatening to do so.

now Thats just going too far about breaking the great Saeed Anwar's Record:rolleyes:

If we batted first and Sehwag had batted like the way he was....He might just have you know..Anyway some records aren't meant to be broken.

doesnt matter is the record is broken or not as long as we trash bangladesh tomorrow.

Why would you compare India with only Pakistan?? And sixes don't really matter until the team wins the games...

Whats Saeed Anwar's record?

Alok Kapali batting really well...4 sixes in 9 balls and 16 runs in the last 3 balls...

wonderful knock by alok kapali.. because of him bdesh will be in the competition... i will remember this knock...

now i hope bdeshi bowlers can some quick wickets and put dhoni in trouble...

and also good debut by ojha... gony took wickets but was very expensive but i guess he will get better after playing more ODIs..

lol wtf just happened? They were 4/100 half way through and I was thinking, ok, they've wrapped it up now. PvP shows Alok Kapali dominated all the bowlers, not just the second stringers. Bangladesh might actually have some players fighting for a spot when Aftab Ahmed and Shakib Al Hasan return.

Alas, without the likes of Shakib or Mohammad Rafique, I doubt Bangladesh can defend this on a good batting wicket. Spinners will be key. The main question for the seamers is simply "how many runs?" That is of course, providing India don't lose their heads and start holing out to long off or something.
