How bad is it? Is he bowling badly or something?

well cricinfo keeps saying hes bowling full tosses and short wide stuff, as well as having dropped an apparent sitter off Gillespie at 1st slip.

Gah, thanks a lot Warne. Dizzy wanted that wicket.

Warne is probably at the age where his reflexes are on the decline.

Now Hayden drops a catch off Warne. Dunno how hard it was, but it went for four so I am guessing reasonably.

I bet Warne got all pissy too.

It has been revealed that Stuart Clark was actually dropped. Even though he is expecting the birth of his child, he was still very keen to play. I can't find any articles on this yet but it was on ten news here in Australia.

Big wicket, Bashar caught at 1st slip by Hayden off Warne.

It would have been great to see Dizzy ride his bat again. McGrath must be spewing back at home :)

Rajin Saleh is also out off the bowling of Warne. Good to see Warne is retifying himself. (ie missed catches)
I hope Cullen nabs a few wickets here. I have high hopes for the guy.

Geez its a tough one, you can't drop Warne obviously but where else can you put him? 1st slip is the only place he can field. Time for that boy to do some fielding practice and cut down on those baked beans!

the commentator was spot on when he said dan is doing too much too soon

patience Dan, Patience

Funny that someone referred to Warne's reaction in my avatar comparing it to his reaction when dropping a catch! :)

Yeah I agree with you on this one sportzchick, they are bringing him into the limelight to quicky. It has practically wrecked Dorey's morale bringing him into the one-day arena so soon. If Cullen fails here, he will be a very angry man to miss his chance.

its not that - hes trying something every ball rather than having a plan and sticking to it...nerves perhaps

He'll be fine, with Warne and MacGill by his side he is learning from the best. They will tell him how to handle the situation.

did anyone see the news report that apparently Stu Clark was dropped from the test team? apparently he wanted to play in the 2nd test....i wonder if Martyn is actually injured???

I thought as much, they played 3 spinners. We had Johnson or Bracken that could have played. They clearly wanted 3 spinners.

They wouldn't have dropped Martyn, our selectors are soft!
