Well duh! obviously hes nt as proven as Gilchrist! But based on this series Jones is playing better. Batting of Gilchrist has been poor compared to Jones who has been handy and when hes got out cheaply has got some great balls! Gilchrists glove work has also been as dodgy as Jonesys

Tait injured tim roberts of northants full smack on the head , and he was left bleeding......Then after roberts got his revenge , and drove a full blooded half volley right on taits shins , now taits a injury worry for the aussies.

Just heard this morning he will be fine, he had an interview with sky sports. Doesnt bother us whether he plays or not, just anutha bowler to smack around.

i acnt believe that they are missing out on his great form. is that 4 centuries in a row?

still 3 centuries in a row for county championship matches. I think this his is second or third one day century.

Yeah, first it was Lee, then McGrath and now Tait.
The Aussies keep putting in names, and the English just seem to be erasing them within 5 days.

Now if you remember, in the start of the summer, when Lee was out for two matches, people said that the Australian bowling (including McGrath) was looking rather ordinary. Then when McGrath was out for the 2nd test, it was more like (even though Brett Lee was in the team) Aussies arent that dangerous without McGrath. And now when both of them were in the side, and the Aussies just about managed to save the third test match, we have another name coming in - Shaun Tait.

England on the other hand have played the same team for all three test matches.

erm actualy you cant destroy Mcgraths rep or Warnes. And Lee and Tait will make their reputation in the last 2 test.

and your point is???

Gillespie is out of form. they are gonna replace him. Full stop. u can only make comments like that when england win the ashes

AND WE WILL WIN THE ASHES!!!!!! :D

Anyways Tait is ordinary, played crap at Durham last year, no threat for England, hes a NOBODY!!

to quote the aussies behind me at OT - "Youve got nothing!" "Youre ruuuuuubish Tait!"
