Looking back at it batting looks a bit weak if we were to go in with Foster so I'd go with Davies.

Kieswetter would walk into my team if he was England qualified. I reckon we should just go Gung-Ho and pack the side with attacking batsmen. When everyone's fit:

And if Tresco won't play, even home ODi's, then I'd either; open with Hales and bring Foster in OR bring Joe Denly in. I'd just love to see Tresco back, he's still one of our best One Day cricketers easily. They should just throw a whole heap of money at him to try and tempt him back.

229 to win for Australia then. We've got a very small chance, but I can't see us defending this without our 2 best ODi bowlers, Flintoff and Broad.

I'm really glad that Willis, Butcher and Donald aren't our selection panel. No way in hell should Geraint Jones be next in line for the Test spot. Sure he's been scoring runs for Kent, but he's not good enough to play Test cricket, he's proven that in the past. 2nd in line should be either Foster, Davies or Ambrose. We don't have 6 fast bowlers good enough to be taken to South Africa either, so I'd swap Bresnan or Harmison for another batsman, preferably an opener given Cook's frailties.

We've lost. ODi's involving England should be banned until the selectors pick the right players. I'd trust an 20 year old in Alex Hales to score more runs than most of the batsmen playing in this game.
