Bangladesh Tour of the West Indies 2009

Don?t blame Bangladesh for anything, its not their problem WI cricket is going to hell. I just don?t get it, why ICC cant do more. WI should be suspended from Test cricket. They are just killing our game, big time

International cricket will be better off without Bangladesh. They are awful and not in the least bit commercially viable. That is why they are not going to be touring England anymore after their next tour. What a waste of an English summer it will be to have to play them in a Test series. No revenue at all compared to the other teams. West Indies are a decent team at full strength, even this ODI series is a joke. It would be a demolision job if Gayle and co were there.

ICC needs to remove Test status from the series that just finished.

Am protesting with some of my boys, we not taking part, we pull up in the town drinking beers and eating BBQ chicken, one of them guys got a laptop.
But it seems your guys sucking salt this time around and will lose this one, am disappointed in them man!!!

If Gayle did come down, trust me mate, the place would be packed to the roof, trust me, I have been around the place and it's been all over the talk shows, today was declared a public Holiday and the grounds still not filled, the company I work for, we cannot televise the game because the policy is to have it shown on television in the country the game is being played, the grounds must be 95% sold, and I think the figures we got is about 75% sold out.

I mean the Government gave a holiday, so we all taking it, but is a waste of a day, because businesses and banks are closed and as a result no transactions can take place, and for what, for some make shift WI team, with a couple of pass-timers like Lewis.
Oh Mac, don't quote me on my earlier comment, I suspect your guys can still win, if wickets don't roll.
And the support you got here must be part of the fans that came over, but also we do have a large number of Indians attending the 2 Medical Schools here.

and even if you want to talk about the past, why dont you go check the matches we played this year so far or last 6-8 months? we did better then you think. we beat NZ in ODI, we did very good against them in test too. we almost won the tri series vs SL. at one point we had them at 5 for 6 wickets! and we almost chased down a 500+ target in test. looks like you dont follow bangladesh cricket, just like to bash it 'myyte'? so before you comment back to me, i would like you to go check the last 6-8 months of Bangladesh cricket. or else dont comment...

and if you are gona talk about that one lose vs Irish then think again, its T20 and your team lost to even lower ranking team. so you shouldnt even be complaing about our lose.

So Bangladesh beat New Zealand in one ODI game and you bring it up, but if anyone brings up the Irish winning a T20 against you guys you rubbish it.

Until Bangladesh start putting in consistant performances people are always going to be extremly harsh on them

You can't blame Bangladesh for the shambles that West Indian cricket is in at the moment. They barely get enough international matches, especially tests, as it is.

They were scheduled to tour the West Indies, and they showed up. It's not their fault that the WIPA and WICB can't get their act together.

we actully beat NZ twice, but that was a WU match so i didnt count, and there were 4 other odis we played vs NZ and 2 of them were very close.

plus that wasnt even the POINT of my post..why are we talkin about that win...just stick to the point

As expected Bangladesh would have some more trouble with West Indies in the ODI's, but they eventually won it.
